It is compatible with the following Fewer/More Barbarians mods:

Q&A:
Q: The mod doesn't seem to be working for me, what do I do?
A: Disable all mods you're using, and only enable this mod. Start a new game, and you will see the mod works 100%.

Q: I'm running my game with 641 other mods, and this mod doesn't work. Fix it!
A: If you want me to help you, you will need to provide full info about your game:
1. Full list of mods you're using
2. Full list of DLCs you have installed
And even then I will not be able to "fix" your game. I'll (maybe) be able to tell you which mod "breaks" this one and prevents it from working.

I didn't play with the barbarian clans mode enabled, i do appreciate you taking your time to reply though.
Thank you for making this mod, i consider it a must have mod if it were up to date.

Sorry for your experience :(
It's been 6 years since I wrote this mod, and 3 years since I last touched it, so there isn't much I can do for you.
I heard there is a "barbarian" game mode or DLC which was released, which modifies how barbarians work, and interferes with this mod. If you have it enabled - you can try disabling it, and see if it helps.

Idk why but this doesn't work for me, even if i disabled every mod except this one, unit on level 1 or higher still only get 1 xp per engagement.

I could send you my modlist if you want but i honestly don't know how they could affect this game when disabled and also you go into the mod menu, back, then in again, and then back again that we used to have to do in beyond earth.

i only have this mod enabled..still getting only 1 exp..does official content count? I got every Civ6 official expansion except those covered under the New Frontier Pass..hope that helps in troubleshooting!
