Okay so i've seen tons of demand for a good guide on how to make the perfect batch of popcorn. So i must deliver. First you want to take your bag of popcorn (preferably pop secret or orville redenbachers) and remove the plastic casing. Then you want to check for any abnormalities in the bag. Once you've done that simply stick the bag in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. I've found that this is the optimal time for pop secret extra butter popcorn especially. You will know when it is done when the popping begins to slow. Once your popcorn is done, remove it from the microwave and carefully follow the directions to open the bag, being careful not to rip the bag open in a way that would compromise the bag and its integrity. Let it cool for about 1-2 minutes. Now you can either choose to eat it straight out of the bag or you can pour it into a bowl. You can add some melted butter if necessary! All there is left to do is to enjoy your fresh batch of delicious popped corn!
