10x Personal Inventory On 1x Game Inventory + Femgineer

Update: added missing extreme temperatures power usage, and fixed incorrect inventory for Female Engineer
Now includes suit stat + inventory alterations for Female Engineer
Updated for 1.186 silly character gravity multiplier
its not using the same stats as vanilla, as they were increased too much, like they often do

Speeds:
Sprint: 9
Run: 6
Walk: 3
Crouch: 2

jetpack thrust and cheaty <slowdownfactor> that gives magic buff to suit inertial dampancer have ben adjusted to emulate behaviour before the update

You might need to 'die' and Respawn before the altered personal inventory setting will take effect

this should give you a 4,000L personal inventory on a 1x game inventory setting

this also means you will have 12,000L on 3x inventory, and 40,000L on 10x inventory
