Remove the main servers and replace them with a matchmaking system too far into the game's life cycle for the community to be able to properly adjust to it. Even if it could adjust to it, the matchmaking system is still not good and does not produce good games and battles between players of similar skill.

Side note: Progressively tank the game's performance with an influx of hats and cosmetics that the source engine was not prepared to handle. Adding more reskins doesn't help, but if ruining the shooter does, which we are trying to do, it will be essential.
