2 charges.
6 turn cooldown.
No longer removed from inventory when used
Mobility increase is 133%
Provides immunity to : Psi, Stun, Knockback, Mental

CARRYING OVERDRIVE PROVIDES (PASSIVE):
Immunity to panic at all times

The goal was to make it give a buff that more closely ressembles the Berserker, and also make the item not disappear. 5 Armor Points is not a Berserker, it's a Sectopod.

Maybe. I think it's a good counter to the Chosen annoying abilities instead of just sitting there and taking that Harbor Wave up the...

I like this a lot making this far more useful than usual. Was hoping though it would give the overdrive ability to a person instead. But I guess that would make it too powerful.
