I have the PS4 Pro, i've heard that the Pro would improve "older" games but i got no clue exactly how... ^^"
Maybe MGS5 can run in 4K on a Pro or maybe the screenshots are simply upscaled.

What kinda PS4 do you have? If so a normal one, or a slim version it can be upscaled I think.

Also i didn't notice until now that the screenshot is in 4K, does MGS5 run in 4K on PS4?
