Just play through the game as quick as possible, it's really easy, then get to level 20 and continue to make the shot as shown in the screenshot. Press ESC, press restart and repeat over and over until you have every achievement.

you see, in these games (and there's a bunch of them) in which it is not important the level you are playing in order to get the achievements, there are always 2 or 3 levels in which it's super easy to get them, restart and so on :)
