Update Sept 8 2017 repaired shipping lane that was accentally covered over with a last-minute additon of a sandbar. If you started your city on the map version before this update, all you have to do is not place a harbor on the little bay bordered with a sandbar. It is an excellent place for a water utility though! High power water spawn right on the shoreline
