I haven't tried it myself, but it sounds like it's not compatible with EU Aim Roll.

With this mod, every bigger target has a defence bonus. It's a pain for fighting Snake Man or Chosen..

A must have for a fair experience. I mean, why the hell wasn't this in the game in the first place, i totally makes sense that hitting some above you would be harder than someone bellow you.
