Satan's Trident

Popis
Isaac now holds a trident familiar that does twice Isaac's damage per tick.

When an enemy is killed by the trident, it has a small chance (5%) to inflicts fear on all enemies, and a very small chance (1%) to drop a black heart.

Synergy with Proptosis: Triples the damage. Has no penalty with range.

Found in the devil room. Cost 2 hearts.

I liked the dmgX2 (given and taken) as it makes this item really unique. High-risk high-reward items are much needed in BOI! I'm not too keen on the fear effect which makes enemy movement erratic though.

the7screw, Dont really see a problam with having an equivalent item for Spear of Destiny in the devil room. And if you manage to get both of them you now hold two weapons (each in different hand) and baiscally do double damage.
