It looks an awful lot like you had bot_mimic set to 1 and they're only turning to look at you at the exact speed and angle you're turning to look at them.
Where are the other infected?
Why are there only two hunters attacking you out in the middle of the open?
Why are those hunters in perfect unison?
Why are you just standing completely still out in the open?
In what scenario would you be holding still out in the open facing only two hunters by themselves who are perfectly synchronized to the point of being on top of one another mid-flight with the exact same trajectory down to the last angle?
This is clearly staged lol
