To move entire base you have to demolish tree and plant it at new place. Before moving you have to do some preparation:

1. Collect twigs and leafs to craft new tree
2. Take back everything from market stall, it will not be moved with base
3. Animals you have to move yourself
4. All builds and upgrades should be finished, you cannot move base while tree in upgrade state
5. All buildings should be repaired before moving
