California Plaza

California Plaza is a class A+ office building with 10 floors. Built in 1988, California Plaza is located in Walnut Creek, California in the San Francisco Bay Area. The building has seen renovations in 2002, 2014, and 2017 to include many amenities such as a gym, deli, shared conference center, valet parking, and improved outdoor spaces.

Some might recognize California Plaza as a landmark in SimCity 4. Maxis, the creator of SimCity, had their headquarters in California plaza for some time. I wanted to recreate this building because it was one of my favorites in SimCity 4 and because of its unique look. I hope you enjoy my first office building!
