I think im not the only one that have search for a way to fix the Resolution without to download some datas, and i want to share my own way with you to let you enjoy the Game in Widescreen.

Widescreen 100% without something to download :) easy way
To fix the Resolution on Widescreen follow these steps :)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Go into the Gamefolder (rightclick in steam > Properties > Lokal Data´s > Gamefolder? Sry i have it on German)
2. Open the "options" with editor (rightclick>open with>editor)
3. search for>
<VideoResolution value="125830200"/>
4. and switch it in >
<VideoResolution value="125830400"/>
5. Save the file and enjoy :)
>>> (125830200 stand for 1920x1080) <<<

If the game don´t start: (Maybe you must do it everytime before you can start the game)

1. In the windows search bar, type "regedit" and run it
2. Find the regtistry entry of Obscure 2, located in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MRS\Obscure2
3. Delete the "MRS" folder and close regedit

i found a solution for 2560 x 1440 monitors... just like the workaround fix but instead of doing 1920 x 1440 just make a new resolution and make it 2560 x 2160 that way the game will run in full screen mode always that means in cinematics and in game

Hi :) You can only stretch the Screen. It give no code to make it HD in widescreen. But you can test to double the Resolution from 1080p in <VideoResolution value="251660800"/>

It's not widescreen. You can set 1920x1080 in the settings itself. It still never makes it widescreen.

No sry i never had this Problem. You can take a look in the Config files. There should be one with the Key bindings. Just try to fix it there and then make it read only. Maybe this will fix your Problem.
