Can you make the sign as a separate asset? I'm trying to put one in a strip mall.

Right, it does have all of the necessary things to make it work for Rico right from the start. So if it's not showing up in your menu idk what's happening :/

Of course, it's possible to input your own settings for any buildings, but it's just more practical if those are included with the asset. Unique buildings found on the workshop most often include those. It does not change the gameplay for anyone that does not have Rico.

@Weed Exterminator it is Rico compatible. you may have to manually put it in your rico menu but it should work
