An administrator holds a large amount of responsibility when dealing with reports in-game and on the website.

They are, essentially, people of whom ensure that the players are obeying the rules set out for TruckersMP. And no, it's not just about driving a fancy police car around the in-game map and banning anyone and everyone who annoy them.

The administrators must also be able to correctly judge what is right and what isn't according to the TruckersMP rules, they also must have a reason for banning people, if not, they risk getting warned or in some cases, removed from the team entirely.

You most likely know by now, there isn't an official recruitment to become administration, this is because, not anyone can be trusted with the powers of an administrator.

In order to become an administrator, you must prove that you're trustworthy by joining the TruckersMP team as another rank (Support, Forum Moderation or Media). If you show dedication to the rank, an official TruckersMP Project Manager will select you to become an administrator.

To put it simply, you need to make a good impression with the rank's team leader, you can do this when recruitment is open for said rank, you can view recruitments by looking at the dedicated forum section[forum.truckersmp.com].

Please remember, asking to join or otherwise harassing TruckersMP staff members can make your chances of being selected drop quite dramatically.

Q: I'm never chosen in a recruitment, what can I do?
A: Not much, free spots in the TruckersMP team are limited and many are interested in it. Try to improve and try again during another recruitment session.

Q: I speak {language}, there are no other IGA's who speak this language. Can I become IGA right away?
A: No, you still need to follow all steps involved. TruckersMP won't be giving someone the IGA rank for the language only.

A: Send your question to the feedback, TruckersMP staff will try to answer your question as soon as possible.
