Staffroom Fix (Canteen Error)

This a (hopefully temporary) quick fix for the Staffroom error,

'There are no prisoners assigned to eat at this canteen'.

NOTE: This mod is NOT to be used if you started your prison with staff needs enabled.

Just posting this so people don't complain about stuff missing if they have this mod. It is no longer needed.

@Moose. This was a workaround for a bug related to Staff Rooms with “Needs” enabled, not for canteens specifically.. The bug has been fixed (finally) as of V14k, so this mod has been depreciated (I just haven’t gotten around to updating the mod info). You would only need this mod now if you are running an older version.

Never had this problem, as long as you put a canteen under staff only it should rename itself to staff canteen. Perhaps there was a bug that had this problem but I haven't seen one yet.
