Omschrijving

Create terrraced cities on elevated ground, European style.

As the title is self-explanatory, this is a pedestrian overpass which allows you to carry passengers from over obstructed paths (highways, avenues), to between valleys or elevated grounds.

What does it do ?

1. It is a FUNCTIONAL elevator which you can use as:

a. Simple elevator to carry people from ground to elevated terrain (hill, valley, or any other terraced geography).
b. Use it to create bridges between two elevated grounds and connect this bridge with sunken ground or
c. Simple pedestrian overpasses over an highway or avenue.

2. It fonctions as a park, with actual values. When you place it, it gives a small bonus of happiness, since your pedestrians are happy with easy underground passage, instead of waiting on crossroads.

Unfortunately this doesn't work now, even with Anarchy or Move It. Like others, you just get the "Distance too short" error. Kind of sad, because overpasses like this are one of the rarest assets around and one of the most needed. Hope this gets fixed.
