It was done with the Sky/Fog/Sun-Editors. You dont need anything,- just paste it into the World.

Known bug:
Your weapons shows like Fullbrighted.

//Information:
Some dont know how to use this.
Just simple insert this Dupe in to your Duplicator and press Leftklick (anywhere on the Map) and it works.

-Mostly this just works with Sandbox Servers. (Add it to other Gamemodes by yourself if you really need it there.)
