CIVILISATION DESCRIPTION:
-Arstotzkans are a dystopian communist union. After realising how much at risk their borders where after the 6 years’ war with their fascist neighbour Kolechia they decided during the time of "peace" the borders were shut down and with their lack of morals of testing they had discovered never seen weapons of mass destruction with this new advantage. They proceeded to take over country after country and once controlling so much power they changed the name of the very planet to Arstotzka. The Arstotzkan government created The Ministry Of Admission (M.O.A) charge of border control after taking an new interest in space the M.O.A evolved to become new Galactic Naval force of the Arstotzkan Union.

LEADER DESCRIPTION:
-The glorious leader believes in capital punishment and forced labour. The leader also has no worries of inhumane testing for scientific research

CIVILIZATION IN MORE DETAIL:
"The government of Arstotzka uses capital punishment and forced labour. The country has a series of harsh laws designed to keep the population subdued. To be considered eligible for employment Arstotzkans are expected to maintain families and have at least one fellow family member alive to continue the Arstotzkan growth. However, Arstotzka also attracts immigrants because of its economic stability," in direct response to this The Ministry Of Administration (M.O.A) was born. A ruthless border protection regiment this soon evolved to become the new galactic Naval force of the Arstotzkan Union.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Using capital punishment, forced labour and the lack of human rights allows The Glorious Leader to have a prosperous economy and strong scientific advancements does come with the cost of the peoples' happiness

CUSTOME DIALOGUE:
There is a lot of custom dialogue. I’m not going to spoil them so sub to the mod and go talk with this new Civ!

NOTE:
-I Know, I know that's the M.O.I. Investigator, in the custom dialogue he says the identity of the Glorious Leader must stay secret it just makes sense with the whole border privacy thing. (Also there's no picture of the Glorious Leader lol) I just think the Investigator makes a good choice as the M.O.A has evolved into Galactic Naval Border Protection Regiment.
-I also have dyslexia so please feel free to point out any written mistakes <3
-I'm hoping to make the background animated, just seems to crash or not work. Still working on it
