You can quickswitch loadout a second veil into your misc slot, bind a key to it, empty out your first misc slot, put one of the veils in the second, and then hold down switch loadout and hit 7 for miscs, then equip the second veil and that'll equip em both. Make sure you got paint or a name tag on one of them so tf2 can recognize them as different
