No Release Deployables v2

The long awaited update to pigshaam's mod No Release Deployables.

I really loved that mod, but it just never worked as well as the singleplayer version, so I decided to fix it.

It stops deployables from being returned to your inventory when failing to place them, effectively removing the frustration from having to pick your pinecones from your inventory again when you're trying to make a forest.

This no-drop behaviour applies to:
Beemines
Berry Bushes
Birchnuts
Butterflies
Fences
Fossils
Grass Tuft
Lureplants
Marble beans
Pinecones
Saplings
Toothtraps
Walls
