I appreciated you asking so kindly. But no sorry. I get the question often. But it has an impact on performance, entdata and the Source engine generally also isn't great with dynamic lights. afaik the light bounce won't be as complex and so the map would be less pretty. So I opted to just not add it at all.

to have the lights turn off when the reactor is off. if no then thats alright

Oninoni and KingPommes made the interactions for those turbolasers. They just allowed me to use them as well.

Got a question for you trilobite, working on an update for Bananakin's Daro map, and was wondering how you did the controlled turbolasers on your map? Wanted to give a bit more interaction on the map and this was always something I found interesting to use.
