Just some small Pistol adjustments

- Makes Uzi also a Pistol
- Desert Eagle get one more Range
- Jericho gets one more Attackspeed and 10% Evade (Light Weapon)
- Blessed Pistol get one more Range (quite a long gun-running) and more 20% Health (you should feel the blessing!)
