Shmokey's Reshade Preset - SRIV

THIS REQUIRES RESHADE, SUBSCRIBING WONT HAVE ANY EFFECT! READ BELOW FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

This requires more than subscribing to function. To do this follow the next steps. If you have any experience using reshade...you know what to do.

For those new to it and still want to use this:
1: Download and launch the most recent reshade setup from here: https://reshade.me/
2: This program will open with a window that you click to select your game. From here navigate to your saints row 4 install path and select the game. (SaintsRowIV.exe)
3: Once the setup has detected the game a list will open asking you what effects you want to download. All effects will already be selected. deselect all apart from the following:
DOF,HDR,Levels,LumaSharpen,MagicBloom,SMAA,TiltShift,Tonemap,Vignette
4: SUBSCRIBE To this! (Or read below steps)
5: Launch the game, you should see reshade starting and it loading effects in the top left corner of your screen. (Dont be scared if it takes some time to load)
6: Once you are loaded into the game press Shift+F2 (Use the right shift button to avoid you sprinting everywhere). This will open the Reshade menu.
7: Follow the reshade tutorial (You dont have to but might be useful if you want to edit anything to your liking) this will end on a dropdown menu where you have to select the preset named: Reshade_Settings_SaintsRowIV_ShmokeysPreset
8: With the Preset loaded you have to turn on each effect by selecting the boxes next to the effect name so that they are filled blue. Whilst doing this you should see the effects loading.
(FOR DOF - In the DOF dropdown there should be 5 selections...you want to select MatsoDOF for this preset.
9: Enjoy!

If you subscribe to this, apply reshade, the effects and everything to find that the screen goes blurry/DOF doesn't work fluently...etc... download this untouched version of the preset:

^ Drop and drag the downloaded .txt file into the games launch folder (where you find SaintsRowIV.exe) and continue on from step 4!

Following this same process should also work fine for Saints Row The Third. (And any other game for that matter)

There is now another preset in the Drive link named ReshadeMOREDOF... the name should be self explanatory. For those who want a more powerful DOF effect without having to edit the settings.

This is a reshade preset made for the fun of it. This isn't meant to represent any kind of style it's just made to improve the look of the game as it is or to my own personal liking. If you don't like any of the effects added feel free to edit or disable them through the reshade menu in game by pressing shift+F2. Don't be afraid to play with this and make your own style.

FPS Hit? Not anything significant for me personally...but this would be dependant on your hardware. If you do have issues running this preset just disable some of the settings such as DOF.
