How to use this Guide

The best way to use the walkthrough is, to start with "She was pretty funny". After that, it's just loading the slot you need, for the achievement you seek.
Also it's impossible to save while you have to answer, so keep in mind to save right after you gave an answer.

I'm not sure about this one. I got this achievement after I got Maybe I should have got paid help in a new game, thereafter I quit the game and it popped up. If this does not work for you, try the third option in the encounter with Margrave von Birkenfeld, for another Ending?

I got "What a Grand Baller" after following your guide completely, but yeah, you might want to add that you have to accept the offer from Jameson to proceed, like wrb41977 pointed out.
