Many people had problem getting all of the achievements. I am not sure if 1 or 4 of them are broken.
However, here is a way to delete a save file.
Please remember: when you delete the save file, you will LOSE all your progress. Therefore, the achievements that you are missing will take some time to obtain.

2 Locations delete save file:

1) C:\Windows\regedit.exe then do the following please
Regedit can be obtained via: Go to Start (right click)....Run......type.............regedit
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\putilin_industries
delete Universe in Fire
2) C:\Users\[YourUser]\AppData\LocalLow\putilin_industries
Note: AppData file may be hidden so you have to tell windows to show hidden files
On the left hand side of your steam library, you can click browse local files and try deleting save files there also. However, AppData is also important. Please do it as well.

3) Lastly, if achievements are still NOT working. Play the game on a different PC or laptop and disable steam cloud so your progress is not carried over. The most important thing is the save file. Maybe playing on a different pc will solve that issue as long as your game progress is not carried over.
