@theEgamer : The mod is designed to reset the mood at 100% each new day (to prevent slowing down the game), so yes, employees will loose a bit of mood during the day. Is that what you're talking about ?

seems not to wolrk perfectly, most of my employees still lose mood although it is wayyy slower so it works half way

do you have one that prevents retirement?
