1. Cowboom - Have the trail inspector active, then, when he throws dynamite at a cow, keep clicking the dynamite on the cow.

2. Cracked - Tap the glass of the gumball machine until it breaks.

3. Don't tap on me - Go to the passenger screen and tap any of the faces until it becomes angry.

4. Full Throttle - Tap on the train two times and hold to speed up.

5. Gone Fishing - Repeatedly tap the center of the Hudson Bay (large body of water on the north side of Canada East)

6. Impatient - Where it tells you how far till the next station tap the tiny train. (either once or a couple of times)

7. Lizard Prince and the Deer - Similar to the secret Cowboom but with the deer obstacle. Have Hank active, then, when he throws dynamite at a deer, keep clicking the dynamite on the deer. If you time it right the secret animation will start. You will have to tap on the deer again at different points in the animation.

8. Pen & Ink - Go to the Log book and click on the pen and ink.

9. Third Rock from the Sun - Click on the sun a couple of times, the sun will suddenly drop out of the sky causing the world to go black and white for a few seconds.

10. Tip the Scales - "Click on all on-screen elements once". After complete the tutorial, you need to tap the following elements in the upper center part of the screen one by one. Each tap results in a tip given by Valerie. When the last tip appears, the secret is unlocked.

11. To Russia With Love - Tap on Nika's face.

12. Tail Spin - When traveling, click on a helicopter when it passes.

13. Air Drop - Click on a passing airliner to get the secret.

14. Shiny Rails - Click on the Tiny Rails logo on the menu screen.

15. Thunderstruck - Click on a cloud on the main menu.

16. Master Popper - Pop the thought bubbles on departure.

17. Ali's Smoke - While holding the right mouse button, make a circular motion around the smoke stack of the train. The smoke will change color, and the secret will pop.

18. emarF ynihS PZZZRP - Once a few of your upgrades are maxed out, click on them, to produce a shiny effect. Clicking on a few maxed upgrades will cause the screen to distort and a weird voice to play, unlocking the secret.

19. Do a barrell roll - Click on a biplane to unlock the secret.
