I was wandering around the tower when i convieniently landed on a level of the tower where i was suprised to find a secret area labeled as the HQ. I havent seen anyone talking about this HQ so i decided to make this guide.

The way you reach this location is by flying throught a missing window midway up the front exterior of the tower then walk through the doors and into the clean looking office known as the HQ
