DISCLAIMER: I made this 6 years ago very quickly and without much testing, this may not work as intended due to neglect.

EZ Multicore Enabler

What does it do?
This gives you a simple prompt upon joining a server or local game which allows you to choose wether or not you'd like to have multicore rendering enabled.

It also asks you if you don't want to see the menu again and remember the settings for next time.

Join single player and you won't be able to close the menu Unsubbed
It's broken and will crash your game, it does more harm than good in the long run.

Why do you save it in a file? Why not just use a clientside cvar???

Maybe add server addons and should it working x2 fps more

a lot of people don't feel like pasting those commands in the console, very useful addon for servers running big, resource intensive gamemodes.
