Omschrijving
The Asperitas Class Battleship is the most advanced aerial dreadnought in the history of the Empire. It is the flagship of the Imperial Navy and an icon to the might and power of the nation. Just having the Asperitas in a fleet makes sailors work twice as hard. It's a huge moral booster.

The Asperitas requires a emmense amount of power to function at it's full potential so it is a hybrid fuel-steam powered airship. when not in combat, the material hungry steam engine is turned off and only the fuel engines run, vastly improving efficiency. Only in combat the steam engines turn on. There is a short period of vulnerability right after enemies spawn in when the boilers need to warm up.

-4 Quadruple 456mm Cannon Main Turrets

-6 Duel Cannon Secondary Turrets

-8 Single Fixed Secondary Cannons

- 4 Duel Gatling Cannon AA Turrets

- Tri-Autocannon AA Turrets

- 8 Long Range Cruise Missiles

- 5 Duel Laser Cannon Turrets

Defences:

- Heavy Shielding

- Power LAMS

- Heavily armoured hull

- Heavily armoured main turrets

Shooting itself is an issue with it especially with all the different weapons. You could limit the firing angles for the turrets to help mitigate that. I'm working on updating the current line of airships I have, so expect some updates soon. :)

As for a larger ship, I have built one a while back called the Condor but I don't plan on uploading since its got some major issues. I might upload some smaller designs in the future, this ship really tests the performance of my computer. :\

My only complaint is there is not enough room on the ship for stuff, and that it has a sad tendency to shoot itself

I upgraded it. extensively. RTGs and batteries. and it has Heavy airdropped torpedoes and a missile swarm.

Just barely killed it with my 370k boat, tough ship, I like it looks good, and is pretty strong to, gets my like.

having trouble keeping it in the air. as soon as its shield pop up, the ship starts to lose altitude.. otherwise.. awesome ship.

Thanks, this ship is really cool and it's one of the only ships I've found that can survive the singularity's onslaught for more than a minute or two.
