to Avoid Resampling :
for Any Project , for best results , the Project Properties fps needs to be the same as the
imported Source footage fps,...and the Render Template fps needs to have the same fps setting
as the Project Properties fps ,...ALL of that will avoid Resampling .

3 examples for rendering withOut resampling :

source foottage fps 60
Project-->Properteis fps 60
Render Template fps 60
or
source foottage fps 30
Project-->Properteis fps 30
Render Template fps 30

if imported source footage is 30 fps and the Project Properties is set to 60 fps
and the Render Template is set to 60 fps , then Resampling WILL occur .
because the source 30 fps will get rendered into 60 fps .

with "mixed fps" source footage ,..24 fps and 30 fps ,...and i want to make a
24 fps render .
only the 30 fps video portions will get Resampled .
thus the 24 fps source footage will
be of higher render qualtiy ( No resampling for the 24 fps footage )
