Welcome to Lorvale!

This is my first attempt at creating a map, and also my introduction into the world of the workshop, so any comments which will help me to improve the map are very welcome.
I hope you enjoy it!

Playable as standard 9 tiles, but more enjoyable with 25 or even 81 tiles.

Created using the New Caledonia (Concrete) v1.1 map theme;

Network Extensions 2 was also used in creating this map, I am unsure if this is needed to play or not..

Any tips or advice on detailing maps will be greatly appreciated, there isn't much detailing here, although there is a broken railway bridge and closed railway for those playing 81 tiles.

Water flows through starting tile.
Highway runs from left to right, and top to middle.
Railway runs left to right.
Ship lanes and flight paths included.

Nice map but it appears for me I need NEP to play, otherwise it crashes my game.

@Vimes - Thank you for your comments, I am off on holiday for a week Monday, but plan on making some changes and releasing version 2 when I return, as well as having another map in the pipeline, BonBonB's review has given me a new look at the map and helped to point out where I can improve in future.

Very nice map, saw it after watching the video review noted below :)

When I'm about to start a game with it though I will flatten that island to a more reasonable level as well as extend it a little. I think that will make more useful in the game for further expansion with a ferry service running between that and the mainland.
I might be tempted to add another rail track as having only one I find with larger cities can become very congested.
