0 Pollution output- yes it's a no pollution cheat, and the asset unlocks at the same time as the default, other than 0 pollution though it's the same as the default asset.

If you want to fix the graphics, where the waste isn't spilling out the pipes go ahead, free to do with as you choose.
Only way to tell it's different from the normal is the 3 air con units added to the top and red warning lights placed on it...
