You dont like big countries ? then this is your mod


Every 5 cities, the countries, get the following debuffs what stack 20 times

global unrest +0.25
land forcelimit modifier -1%
global manpower modifier -1%
global tax modifier -1%
stability cost modifier +2.5%

More active rebels , spawn faster and if they capture city they got the possibility to spawn more rebels so be careful at letting rebels get the cities.

I've stream lined this mod so its only 1 triggered modifier at a time instead of upto 20.

Can this not be done with better triggered modifiers to stop you getting bombarded with modifiers.
Ie instead of it being multiplative its just one modifier

Have 5-9 cities is tier 1
10-14 is tier 2 etc

Hey i think i found a bug,
Countries cant declare independence anymore. I have no other mods on. I also checked if i had problems with the base game but there everything was going fine. On interesting thing still is that if a rebelion of a vassel was succesfull they would get the land from their overlord.
