How To Get Each Chapter Endings (NOT True Ending or Epilogues)
By AncientSpark
This will describe how to get each Chapter Ending. This doesn not include True Ending or Epilogues. However, the theory is that you need the Memory Fragments in order to get the True Ending, so the endings that unlock Memory Fragments are also indicated.

Chapter Endings
Isabella:
Ending 1: After Rose is killed, go to work.
Ending 2: After Rose is killed, choose to stay at home, then when Rebecca calls, choose "Decline Her Offer". (Memory Fragment)
Ending 3: After Rose is killed, choose to stay at home, then when Rebecca calls, choose "Meet Up With Her".

Hannah:
Ending 1: At the moment where Hannah encounters the crying trapdoor, choose to open it.
Ending 2: Do not go to Ending 1 and end the chapter with the lowest possible affection for Luke. Among other things, you can lower Hannah's affection for Luke during Isabella's chapter by showing the note to Rose. (Memory Fragment)
Ending 3: Do not go to Ending 1 and end the chapter with high affection for Luke.

Zachary
Ending 1: When Zach goes to the mansion, select "Keep looking for Ash".
Ending 2: When Zach goes to the mansion, do not select "Keep Looking for Ash". If Hannah had Ending 2 or 3, you will be on the A Variation and the option will be "Look Into It". If Hannah had Ending 1, you will be on the B Variation and the option will be "Enter the Open Window". (Memory Fragment, Either Type)

Marianne:
Variation A and B SEEM to be dependent on whether you investigate the ground floor or the 1st floor when asked (Not confirmed)
Ending 1: In the wine cellar, when Marianne meets Lorraine, do not select "Stay" or "I Want to Stay" (depending on your variation)
Ending 2: In the wine cellar, when Marianne meets Lorraine, choose "Stay" or "I Want to Stay" (depending on your variation) (Memory Fragment, Either Variation)

Rebecca:
Ending 1: At the library, choose "Head for the Door"
Ending 2: At the library, choose "Head Upstairs" (I think Variation is dependent on affection for Ash, not 100% sure) (Memory Fragment, Either Variation)

Ashton:
Ashton does not have numbered endings, as his chapter blends into Luke's chapter. However, Ashton's fate can still be determined here:
Ashton Lives: When Ashton and Luke are facing off with pistols, select "Beg Him to Listen"
Ashton Dies: When Ashton and Luke are facing off with pistols, select "Disarm Him" (Memory Fragment)

In addition, if Isabella, Zachary, and Rebecca are dead at this point, you will still be given the same choice here, but Ash's path around this event will be dramatically affected.

Luke:
Luke does not have chapter endings as his chapter ends with the Epilogue. From what I've seen, the path that he goes down at the start of this chapter depends on Hannah's state at the end of her chapter, though.

I have to say, I am pretty sure that The variation for Rebecca's Ending obtained by Head Upstairs is based on getting Hannah's Ending 1, where she gets possessed because I did not have her relationship with Ash at maximum at that point, but the factor in the spoiler resulted in Variant B of that ending.

From what I saw of the flowchart it is either Variant A Rebecca encounters Takako and talks to Ash on the phone about dressing him up as a girl for a competition or Variant B [spoiler:Rebecca encounters a possessed Hannah and calls Ash to confess her feelings[/spoiler].

Ash does have a variation depending on who is dead when you enter the mansion. If Everyone is dead or bella's in a coma then Ashton will be captured by Luke and Johannes and tortured to death.

@Zerk @Neptunella It seems you do not need to max it out. I just got it with like 85% relationship, and it was after going to the movie as Isabella. I am on the path with Isabella being in a coma, so can't confirm for other paths, only that you don't need it maxed out

How the hell do I get the true ending... the guides are so confusing.

Chapter 7's 4th Ending where you burn the letter, what choices does one need to make to acquire Variation A rather than Variation B?
FlareBlitzed 8 Aug, 2017 @ 8:47am
Both of Rebecca's Ending 2 variations are the same as Zachery's, if you got Ending 1 with Hannah, then it opens up Variation B for both Zachery and Rebecca if you choose their respective options to die. Maxing out Rebecca's friendsip with Ashton opens up new dialogue during the call (regardless if you have Variation A or Variation B).

Another thinng about Rebecca's Ending 2 B - to get it you have to not go to the movie as Isabella, as otherwise you won't be able to get enough relationship points with Ash, even if as Rebecca you only choose options that he likes.

@Miwachi The last two memory fragments are from getting the True Ending. See the discussion forum for how to get that if you're stuck.

Luke does in fact have chapter endings; there are seven of them and you have to get all of them for the FWD: Luke achievement.

1. True Ending (see forums for how to get if you're stuck)
2. Bye Bitches (variant of True Ending)
3. Burn the letter (any variation)
4. Burn the mansion (any variation)
5. everyone dead
6. everyone dead but Hannah
7. everyone dead but Hannah, Hannah possessed

maybe you can help me, i'm having an issue unlocking the last 2 memory fragments.
I've followed your guide but can't seem to get those, any idea?

For Rebecca Ending 2; can confirm the variation of the ending depends on your relationship to Ash. For Variant B you will need to max out your relationship points, otherwise you will get Variant A.
