ANOTHER SPOILER ENEMY FROM A DIFFERENT GAME!!

The ranged SNPCs come with their own unique NPC weapons and can use other weapons if you wish.

This is a beta, so more characters will be added later and changes will be made. The files work fine on my computer, if there are any errors/incompatible files , please let me know so I can fix it.

UPDATE: THE PREVIOUS REQUIRED FILES ARE NO LONGER NEEDED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW INCLUDED!
