I strongly advise to look at this guide only after you've finished the game, because you probably will earn them yourself as you progress and they contain spoilers!
Most achievement descriptions are pretty self explanatory so only some of them have notes on how to get them.

NOTE: Volfred becomes playable quite late in the game, so be sure to use him a lot and do his trial if you want to get as many achievements as you can in your first run. I haven't tested this, but I think all character damage achievements can be done in practice rites, so if you dont want to use him in actual rites, thats the way to go with this achievement.

New Alliance

Prevail in a Rite using Jodariel and Pamitha (Campaign)

NOTE: at first, jodariel with refuse to participate in a rite with pamitha. if you keep them both around long enough, they will agree to participate in a rite together. you could also do this achievement in a practice rite without waiting as far as i know.

Sky Explorer

While flying, interact with 10 different observation points (Campaign)

Scourge of the Skies

While flying, bump into five different adversaries' wagons (Campaign)

Home-field Heroes

Prevail at the Isle of Khaylmer using Ti'zo and Messenger Imp (Versus Mode)

NOTE: you can choose whoever you want to be the third participant, and you should reset everything to default before going for this achievement. you can play against CPU or a human opponent, so just play against yourself to gain this easily.

Classic Nightwings

Prevail using Volfred, Ti'zo, and Oralech (Versus Mode)

NOTE: you should reset everything to default before going for this achievement. you can play against CPU or a human opponent, so just play against yourself to gain this easily.

Sons of Jomuer

Prevail using Rukey, Barker, and Dalbert (Versus Mode)

NOTE: you should reset everything to default before going for this achievement. you can play against CPU or a human opponent, so just play against yourself to gain this easily.

Dames of the Downside

Prevail using Sandra, Tamitha, and Udmildhe (Versus Mode)

NOTE: you should reset everything to default before going for this achievement. you can play against CPU or a human opponent, so just play against yourself to gain this easily.

You can also complete "New Alliance" in the first Liberation Rite, at least if Jodariel or Pamitha is the Anointed. Found this by accident liberating Jodariel early on, and it felt like a great, organic way for them to bury the hatchet in the face of something that mattered.

I can confirm that the Practice Rites absolutely count towards the "Pyre Damage" achievements. In fact, I actually got the last two Achievements listed here exclusively from Practice Rites in the Crystal as soon as the relevant character became playable, before even playing a single match from the Campaign with those characters.

For Classic Nightwings, Sons of Jomuer, Dames of the Downside, and Home-field heroes, all of these achievements can be earned against a human opponent (P2). I just plugged in my controller so I could get the option of a human opponent and got the achievements by scoring against the non-moving opponents.

Nevermind, you have to reset the VS mode settings back to default to get the ones that don't have specific requirements. Won't work otherwise.

Are some of the secret achievements a bit buggy? Or is there not enough info to get them in these descriptions

So Hedwyn asked Bertrude to join when the wagon got upgraded to sail, but she declined. Did I do something wrong somewhere or does she turn up again later? Might have to restart if not.
