Mid-Century Storefront by Exurbanite

Overview

A plain mid-century modern style storefront typical of those found in small towns.

Facade lacks signage and roof is free of props to give you better in-game customization options. I plan on making separate sign and awning packs sometime in the future so you can spruce them up.

Heavily inspired from a real building in Riverton, WY.

I agree with the comment below! There are not enough simple, older style buildings. I like the core of my towns and cities to have some age to them!! Thanks for your time and work!

Thank you, we need more realistic looking American buildings. Now if we could just get some farms to replace the tiny gardens the game calls farms...
