Gameplay Improvement

Description
Hello commander ! It's just a mod to make some tweaks to the game.
Exemples : the sword has now a 100% accuracy (BECAUSE YOU CAN'T MISS THIS OPEN YOUR EYES ! xD), your soldiers are less gravely wounded or some other things like armor perf and so one.
I won't write the hole changelog because I've lost it :/ basicaly (or basiccally? I can't write........) it just makes the game a bit easier.

Note that I'm not a modder ! ;)

I say that dodge can make melee attacks miss

Nice ! Hope you enjoy it :)

I lost the patch note but I remember that I added a few things : 100% accuracy sword, faster recovery time, armor shred for the sniper and LMG (I think) and some other tweaks to grenades and weapons. "It ain't much but it's honest work" ^^
