Being 2017, almost every game's got 1080p resolution or higher, and Hitman can be no exeption. This little trick (A big thanks to ♥♥♥♥♥) can help.

If you dont use multi-moniter resolutions, be sure to remove "StartUpperPos 0,0" from the code before you save and quit.

Finally, to ensure that Hitman runs smoothly, go to your Hitman: Codename 47 directory, find Hitman.exe, right click, and go to properties. Now, click on the compatibility tab, under Compatibility mode, select Windows 7, under the Settings list, select Disable display scaling on high DPI, finally, click apply and OK.

Now that editing is finished, launch the game and enjoy the intro cinematics, if the sound cuts out on the IO interactive cinematic, don't worry, it won't effect the game. When you get to the main menu, go to Options, edit the mouse sensetivity to optimal speed and key maps to your preferances. Just don't touch the video options as they will mess with the previous steps taken.

Enjoy the game and don't forget to use the bathroom(Once you get further into the game, you'll get the joke :)) The game's a little glitchy and will crash occasionally but it's old and thats just how it was built, just be patient, keep trying, and take some breaks now and then, you'll get it.

I'll to figure out how the draw distance of this game works in the future. Also there's this wierd screen tearing effect that I don't know how to fix, one of you can help me with that, but for now its an unfixable quirk.
