Experience Increase

A mod that:

- stops the limit for maximum army/navy/air xp (was at 500);
- increases the unit xp gained fighting (50%)
- increases the leader xp gained, including for traits
- reduces xp loss (including changing templates)
- Raises max leader skill to lvl 13 (including for attack, defense, logistics, planning)
- You get an event at start for some extra xp - the choice is yours.
