I do not hate FederxBlue, he's okay. I just had a problem with his old photo's of Octarian killings. So I thought i'd make this picture of my reaction mostly. Don't worry, I asked FederxBlue if I can upload this and he was fine with it. I do know Rampage stopped killing Octarians anyway. Hope you guys enjoy.

Phantom: Oh, what am I kidding. I may be a Octoling protector, but I have killed my parents in the past because of the war against Inklings and Octolings. I am being hypocritical by trying to temporarily stop you despite having killed 2 Octolings in the past for betraying me and my sister. Sorry about that. *Helps Ramp up* I wasn't seeing the truth.

Ramp: the only reason why im killing this octarian scum is to avenge the deah of my parents, my mind went insane i couldn't react, the trauma was so intense...but now i alreay have the control of my own powers, and i leave peace to the friendly octarians...even if you attempt to shoot me with that ambassador thats not gonna work...*sighs* i think i know that there are STILL people who hate me what i done and i didn't do nothing to fix it...if is that what the society wants...*gets on knees and closes his eyes* don't be afraid to shot me...
