Yea, R. is right. There are four buttons on the top of the tower, you have to damage them (by shooting or just with the knife) in an specific order. I told you so much guys, you will have to find the correct order. Once all buttons were activated, you have to go to the secret's entry and wait 10-15 seconds until it opens.

You have to activate the buttons on the top of the tower (Buttons=corners), in an specific order, I did it once xD
