Step 1.
Go to your cfg folder which can be found in
Steam/SteamApps/Common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo/cfg.

Step 2.
Create a new text document inside of the cfg folder and name it anything you would like.

Step 3.
Copy & Paste this text into the text document.

Step. 4
Go into CS:GO, open your console and type "exec textdocument.cfg". (Replace textdocument with whatever you named the file.)
