DO: Go into GOTV
One method to get drops is to watch each match through Global Offensive TV (GOTV). Go to the WATCH tab, and it should already be on the current tournament (in this case, Krakow). Click on the green button labelled "Watch Live Match", if a game is currently being played. If no game is being played, the button will either be unavailable, or give an error when clicked.

If a match is active, you will automatically be entered into the GOTV server to watch the game, and being in here makes you eligible for Souvenir Package drops. No issues should arise with this method as long as your computer can handle the game normally.
DO: Watch from the Main Menu
This way is hard to miss, as the stream autoplays in the main menu after a few seconds if it is live.

Just enter the main menu and watch the stream. You will be eligible for drops during each match.

(Depending on your computer setup, the stream may be choppy, making this method inconvenient for some.)
DO: Watch on Twitch.tv
This method is a little bit more tedious than the others, but enables the ability to chat with Twitch users during the matches.

In order to be eligible for drops via Twitch.tv, you have to link your Steam account to your Twitch account. To link your Steam account to Twitch, go to twitch.tv and login (if you haven't yet done so). Click on the arrow next to your username in the upper right corner and click Settings. Then, click on Connections. Click the button next to Steam to begin the process of linking your Steam account.

Once you have done this, go to http://twitch.tv/pgl and watch the stream just like from the main menu. You will be eligible for drops during the matches at this point, while enjoying all the Twitch memes.
DON'T: Spam /reward, /collect, /givebox, etc. in GOTV
This is a common annoyance to many of the users in GOTV, and is actually not allowed in Twitch chat. Many viewers will use slash commands (/[command]) in the GOTV chat, either as a joke or actually trying to get drops using it.

As GOTV does not support SourceMod plugins at all, these commands do absolutely nothing and are only used to spam the chat.
