Not sure if you need GeForce Experience. I have it though. The reason you need a Nvidia card it's because it uses Nvidia Ansel to take screenshots.

@Zaluke (and also @Ross, lol): I'm guessing you have to have the ̶N̶v̶i̶d̶i̶a̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶t̶r̶o̶l̶ ̶p̶a̶n̶e̶l̶ GeForce Experience running to do that(?) o.O

In this case, yes. But if you have an Nvidia card, you can press ALT+F2 during gameplay to bring screenshot mode up, and you can put the camera wherever you want.

how did you get that camera angle? cut scene?
