Added the ability to turn the script on and off.

Made a new sound. The sound in the video is now outdated.
Mouse sensitivity goes to Gmod's default now

Breaks insight sensitivity for weapon bases. For me it was MW Base and ARC9

Seems like a great way to fight back against that HL2 tinnitus remover sound too since those remover sounds don't work for my setup, kinda makes it not as loud on the ears cause you transition into something softer. Though I haven't tested this one I am about to test the other shell shock mod tho.
