OK HERE IS HOW YOU DO IT, I WILL KEEP IT SIMPLE.


1- START A RUN ON NORMAL MODE "NOT SURE IF IT CAN BE DONE ON HARD"
2- SURVIVE 2 MINUTES WITHOUT KILL ANYBODY BY YOUR HAND (shooting,punching,reflecting)
3- IF YOU DID NOT KILL ANYBODY, AT MINUTE 2 ALL OF THE DEMONS WILL GROUP UP AT THE CENTER (they dont seem to attack you when this is happening)
4- THERE HE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IS (i dont know all of his moves, since i killed him fairly easy, he charged at me i shoot him in the chest and then he died)

can confirm, this is how you do it, and this is also trolly as fuck. Don't even try to learn his pattern either, hard enough to get him to spawn, and then to instantly die as he charges you
